Pre-Rehearsal

• Initial Planning with Funeral Coordinator – 1–2 hours
• Business & Administrative Work with Funeral Coordinator – 1–2 hours
• Phone Consolations with Funeral Coordinator – 1–2 hours

Rehearsal

• Building Usage – 2–4 hours
• Funeral Coordinator – 2–4 hours
• Tech Person – 2–4 hours

Funeral Ceremony

• Building Usage – 2–8 hours
• Tech Person – 2–6 hours
• Coordinator – 2–8 hours

Total average hours: 30–40

BASE FUNERAL SERVICE FEES

$1,500.00

OPTIONAL SERVICES & FEES

1. Optional: LoveGPS Minister for Rehearsal & Ceremony – $300.00
2. Optional: Pastoral Funeral Counseling (6–8 sessions) – $40.00 per session
3. Optional: Support Workers (e.g., tech, parking, servers) – $10.00 per hour for each person
4. Optional: Hall Rental – Price varies. Party is responsible for set-up and clean-up unless hiring optional support. (10 hours max; 100 people maximum with traditional tables and seating)
5. Optional: Funeral Coordinator fee for church members – Price varies

GENERAL BUILDING USE RATES

PROCESS OF SECURING EVENT & EXPECTATIONS

1. $200.00 online deposit required to secure the date.
2. Deposit payment demonstrates understanding and agreement to the terms on this website and your application.
3. Non-refundable deposit with cancellation after 20 days of the event.
4. Any damage incurred will be deducted. Deposit returned within 15 business days.
5. Full payment required 15 days in advance.
6. Music must contain no profanity or anti-Christian content (theology & practice). Must submit music playlist to Wedding Coordinator 1 week in advance.
7. Dancing must be positive and non-sensual.
8. A portion of your deposit up to $250.00 will be held if these terms concerning the music & dance are violated. We desire to have a campus that is fun and non-legalistic, but still maintains its dignity before God. Whatever we do at home or in public we should be able to do at the church facility and vice versa.
9. All extra hours beyond the base service hours for wedding or reception are billed at $100.00 per hour.

Funeral Ceremony Moral Expectations

In order to be qualified for a pastor to do your funeral ceremony at LoveGPS Ministries:

1. A person must be Christian and members of a healthy Christ-Centered Church where they attend, participate, and tithe unto the Lord. A reference letter from their pastor should be emailed to our pastors at pastors@Lovegps.org.

EXEMPTIONS: Some people who have a rich Christian testimony, character witnesses, or who have prepared themselves for funeral through other means of formal and informal training may be exempted. Pastors will determine this based on each situation and context.
